Job Summary:
Responsible for contacting assigned clients through regular face-to-face visits, by phone or emails as needed, and documenting these contacts weekly. Responsible for following up with a resolution to problems and concerns of clients.
Essential Responsibilities / Duties:
• Contact assigned clients on a regular basis, documenting all visits and phone calls and obtaining medically necessary diagnosis codes as needed.
• Respond in a timely manner to all phone or other messages received from clients. Responds immediately to critical client concerns.
• Orients clients on the use of ARMO forms, manuals, results inquiry and order entry via the ARMO/Pathagility website. Delivers supplies and installs printers as needed.
• Ensures that clients are using the most effective courier schedule and communicate with IT concerning any issues in reporting results and/or any equipment.
• Sells additional services to current clients and solicits new clients as time permits.
• Submits weekly contact reports and monthly mileage requests as needed.
• Solicit payments from clients on past due accounts.
• Work with the Office Manager to ensure the timely distribution of client holiday cards and gifts.
• Complies with the policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Follows departmental policies and procedures as required.
• Communicates with management immediately any information regarding client, technical, or supply problems.
• Performs other related duties as assigned in order to meet the goals and objectives of the department.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or related degree.
• Valid driver’s license within the state of residence
• Current liability insurance on any personal vehicles driven for ARMO business
Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing. Experience with clinical laboratory sales or marketing a plus.

Job Summary:
Responsible for accurate and timely processing and triage of specimens and other assigned tasks. Utilizes critical thinking and knowledge of departmental procedures to answer the questions of other techs, makes judgment calls on exception handling procedures, and troubleshoots issues that may arise. Possesses good communication skills and can clearly articulate resolutions to the concerns of clients, other departments, and other techs. The Laboratory Assistant is responsible to, and receives work duties from, Laboratory Manager.
Essential Functions:
- Required to process a variety of clinical specimens.
- Required to perform specimen receipt/order entry.
- Required to scan and file requisitions and associated paperwork.
- Orders and packages specimens appropriately for delivery to various reference laboratories and can schedule special FedEx pick-ups for various time-sensitive tests.
- Troubleshoots problems, handles exceptions in real time, manages and implements work lists, and assists in oversight of reference lab testing
- Will still be responsible for maintaining competency in all other aspects of processing.
- Communicates with the Supervisor immediately any information regarding technical problems, supply problems, courier problems, or unusual specimen conditions.
