Job Summary:

Responsible for contacting assigned clients through regular face-to-face visits, by phone or emails as needed, and documenting these contacts weekly. Responsible for following up with a resolution to problems and concerns of clients.

Essential Responsibilities / Duties:

• Contact assigned clients on a regular basis, documenting all visits and phone calls and obtaining medically necessary diagnosis codes as needed.
• Respond in a timely manner to all phone or other messages received from clients. Responds immediately to critical client concerns.
• Orients clients on the use of ARMO forms, manuals, results inquiry and order entry via the ARMO/Pathagility website. Delivers supplies and installs printers as needed.
• Ensures that clients are using the most effective courier schedule and communicate with IT concerning any issues in reporting results and/or any equipment.
• Sells additional services to current clients and solicits new clients as time permits.
• Submits weekly contact reports and monthly mileage requests as needed.
• Solicit payments from clients on past due accounts.
• Work with the Office Manager to ensure the timely distribution of client holiday cards and gifts.
• Complies with the policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Follows departmental policies and procedures as required.
• Communicates with management immediately any information regarding client, technical, or supply problems.
• Performs other related duties as assigned in order to meet the goals and objectives of the department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or related degree.
• Valid driver’s license within the state of residence
• Current liability insurance on any personal vehicles driven for ARMO business

Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing. Experience with clinical laboratory sales or marketing a plus.

Job Summary:

Responsible for accurate and timely processing and triage of specimens and other assigned tasks. Utilizes critical thinking and knowledge of departmental procedures to answer the questions of other techs, makes judgment calls on exception handling procedures, and troubleshoots issues that may arise. Possesses good communication skills and can clearly articulate resolutions to the concerns of clients, other departments, and other techs. The Laboratory Assistant is responsible to, and receives work duties from, Laboratory Manager.

Essential Functions:

1. Required to process a variety of clinical specimens.
2. Required to perform specimen receipt/order entry.
3. Required to scan and file requisitions and associated paperwork.
4. Orders and packages specimens appropriately for delivery to various reference laboratories and can schedule special FedEx pick-ups for various time-sensitive tests.
5. Troubleshoots problems, handles exceptions in real time, manages and implements work lists, and assists in oversight of reference lab testing
6. Will still be responsible for maintaining competency in all other aspects of processing.
7. Communicates with the Supervisor immediately any information regarding technical problems, supply problems, courier problems, or unusual specimen conditions.
8. Performs other related duties as assigned in order to meet the goals and objectives of the department.
9. Complies with the policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Follows departmental policies and procedures as required.

Education/Training:

High School graduate or equivalent

Experience:

Previous experience in processing laboratory specimens recommended.

Ability to get along with other employees, clients, physicians and laboratories while obtaining and furnishing information on patient data.

The ability to maintain confidentiality of information and disclosure of any information to unauthorized persons is cause for immediate dismissal.

Primary focus being outpatient facilities prescribing scheduled medications, pain management clinics, behavioral and mental health facilities, substance abuse and addiction recovery centers, and regional hospital systems.

Key responsibilities:

Include educating, servicing, and training new and existing customers on company offerings. Identifies new business opportunities by developing existing relationships and cold calling prospective accounts. Assists the Director of Sales as needed in accomplishing sales goals.

Essential Responsibilities / Duties:

Develop and nurture relationships with accounts in assigned regions to build long-term relationships with clients.
Schedule and deliver field training sessions with our customers/clients and their staff.

Train clinic staff in proper processing of requisitions and sample collection procedure
Function as the key person who identifies account needs and provides top support to clients

Position is a clinic based position that will involve Urine Drug Test collection. Phlebotomy certification a plus. Position is PRN based upon growth in the area. May progress to part time and or full time. Good customer service skills required. Interacting with clinic staff and patients. Detail oriented with basic computer skills.

Description

Greet patient and gather information necessary to create requisition using ARMO Diagnostics order entry portal. Enter the information into portal and produce the requisition.

Comply with the policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Follow
departmental policies and procedures as required.

Collect the appropriate specimen(s) using ARMO Diagnostics approved UDS collection. Assist in collections both observed and non-observed as requested by client.

Collect the appropriate specimen(s) using ARMO Diagnostics approved venipuncture, capillary puncture, or other technique. Assist patient in properly positioning their body in order to obtain specimen.

Process the specimen(s) as required by ARMO Diagnostics Specimen Requirements and prepare the specimen to be transported to the lab.

Verify that all information on the requisition is correct, all specimens are labeled properly and the correct specimen(s) has been collected. Place the specimen bag in the bin for courier pick up.

Utilize appropriate customer service skills throughout the entire patient interaction.

Rotate to other collection sites as staffing needs dictate. This includes driving to the assigned location on short notice in support of patient needs.
